Modern science, with advanced technology can often predict or foretell of natural events, calamities and disasters that will happen in and around the earth at some future time. Billions of dollars is poured into this technology every year and as time goes forward, the accuracy of the technology gets greater and more precise. Of course, with such knowledge of future natural disasters, governments may usefully apply their knowledge for the benefit of their country or even the world itself, particularly if the natural disaster is of such a magnitude that by not warning, for example, many people may die.
