All humanity is subject to the unseen powers resident in the dominions, thrones and kingdoms, in localities all over the earth. They manifest at the command of the higher principalities and usually take control of the unsuspecting mortal without the mortal realizing or understanding what's going on. They are already working in the environment of the unbeliever but generally take advantage of a Christian from the falling and apostate church in order to fulfill their aims.
